we haven’t had a weekend diy in a while- so i found this over at living creativity and thought it had lots of potential! what can i say- i love cheap art.  here are the directions- and check at the bottom for full downloadable pdfs.

what do you think- easy, right? for silhouettes- i’m thinking flowers, vegetables, leaves..  and just think about all the beautiful paper from your local craftstore you could use to make these just stunning.  please share if you get the itch to do this or have any creative thoughts!

Awesome and easy DIY art! Love it, thanks! I have a friends nursery to work on, and this would look cute!

Awesome! What a creative idea. May have to try that for my daughter’s room.

What a great project! Yes I can see this going lots of different directions depending on the silhouettes. I might use this for some Christmas gifts.

love love LOVE this, especially with the combo of bold silhouette against personal handwriting. if only i can figure out how to whip my own script into shape, this is definitely going on my to do list… thanks for sharing!
