along with all the sewing i’m busy with this weekend, i hope to grab a few minutes to lay down with a good book. i would *love to be in the woods wrapped up in a scarf reading with this gal- how beautiful and relaxine! what are you doing this weekend?

I’d love to be anywhere cool reading the new Dan Brown book, but instead, I’ll be in my backyard dyeing scarves – cross my fingers I get an early start, because it’s 114F at 4 PM today out there! Yikes! When they”re done, it’s back inside to make more branch & bird mini art quilts:
