  • hey katie!! sure, it’s easy! here are dafont’s instructions: http://www.dafont.com/faq.php#mac

but basically, you download the font, double click on it in your downloads, then double click on it again (it will be the .ttf file) in the new dialog window. when the preview opens, click ‘install’. let me know if you have any questions!

  • Hi! These fonts are so great! I’m just curious if they are for personal use only or if they can be used to creat items sold on Etsy? Let me know!

  • hi lisa! each font is different, so you’ll have to look right under ‘notes from author’ and also right above the download button for their purposes. most are most likely ok, but double check to make sure!

  • I always have the hardest time finding fonts I like but these are great! Thanks!

How is it that you can download these fonts and use them on your computer

  • hi amanda! dafont gives a great guide on how exactly to download the fonts and put them to use. i hope it will help! http://www.dafont.com/faq.php

  • Right now, my favorites are Mandolyn which is an amazing script font that has so many alternate letter styles that it looks like it was drawn by a real calligrapher. The other is Woodwynds, that has these fanciful vines that seem to grow as you type. Both are from Duetica.com.

  • mark, what an interesting site! they have a great idea, i enjoyed playing around with it! :)
