happy september, friends! as i hinted at yesterday, we’re starting off september with a bang. i am so excited to share with you that the lovely gals from city chic country mouse are sponsoring a giveaway for one of their adorable ironing board covers! you might remember that i ordered one from them a little over a year ago, and it is still one of my most favorite features in my sewing nook. just think how one of these beauties could spruce up a drab laundry room or bring a splash of color to your sewing area!

I would love to win the Sparrows in Aqua and Tangerine ironing board cover. It’s so cheerful compared to the worn out cover I currently use…maybe it would even encourage me to iron more!!

I love the “Sewing Floral” ironing board cover. I think it would be a great way to add some color to my sewing space (I share workspace with my partner and he has a lot of black, white, and neutral items in the room).

To me it has “summer” written all over it, and I would love to have a splash of summer to make me smile while ironing , even when it’s cold outside!
