hello, lovelies! did you know that march is national craft month? yeah, me neither! until i read about it from hello bluebird this morning, i was in the dark. how did i not know about this?! craft is my LIFE! in efforts to raise awareness about the month that represents so many of our livelihoods, i’ve decided to put together a little project for going home to roost. i’m so excited!

each week in march there will be a new call for submissions from my most favorite people- YOU! on friday of each week i will post a round up of the submissions and hope to inspire everyone’s creative mojo. are you ready? here’s an outline for the month:

WEEK 1
submit a link to your all time favorite DIY project/tutorial.

WEEK 2
submit a photo or  a link to a favorite handmade item that you yourself have made.

WEEK 3
submit a photo or a link to a favorite handmade item that you own.

WEEK 4
submit a snippet about your craft and why you love it (details coming in week 4).

WEEK 1 GUIDELINES- please read!

your submission can either be a link to a tutorial that you’ve created yourself or your favorite from someone else, but the link must represent the original source (please don’t submit the entire tutorial, just a link).

- submissions are due each thursday by midnight, pst.

- in your e-mail, include a link to the tutorial, your name and a link to your shop, blog or website.

- title your e-mail ‘national craft month week 1′.
