This is great! My favorite tip is to get involved: meet other sellers whose work interests you, be genuine, and spread the love about what you’re doing – the energy really catches on and shows through to potential customers.
And another business tip:
I think acknowledging each buyer is really wonderful. I’m sure that it’s hard for very busy businesses, but I know that when I get a “thank you” note with my order that’s personalized for me, I’m that shop’s customer for life!

My Etsy business is still pretty new, but I think I’ve gotten the most notice by genuinely connecting with others in the wedding world and building support for each other. In short, network with people you genuinely like and admire!

My favorite tip is to have good customer service. Its easy to get caught up in getting through a sale just to move on to the next one, but if you have great customer service you’ll grow a database of valuable repeat customers!
