happy friday, roosters! time for one of my favorite posts, dinner ideas! :) i’ve been cooking at my mom’s this week (we’re visiting family in north carolina!) and wanted to make some oldy goldies as well as a few new things. our favorite? the glow kale salad.
monday: glow kale salad with GF vegan walnut chip brownies for dessert
tuesday: grilled veggies with miso served with leftover kale salad
wednesday: tomato basil cream pasta
thursday: kale chips, roasted cauliflower and baked sweet potatoes
friday: white bean and veggie stew served with my favorite carrot salad
