happy friday, sweet potatoes! my stomach is growling as i right this post (as usual). i’m still cooking at my mom’s this week (we return to california in a few days!) and am cooking what’s both in season and easiest to find. our favorite this week? probably this braised cabbage dish (we used field roast’s apple sage sausage– yum!).
monday: moroccan pizza served with a spinach salad
tuesday: butternut squash and walnut pasta
wednesday: braised cabbage with apple sage sausage served with cornbread and kale chips
thursday: lemony basil cashew pesto served with warm butternut chickpea salad
friday: veggie burgers with sweet potato fries and a seasonal salad
