happy friday, sweet potatoes! my stomach is growling as i right this post (as usual). i’m still cooking at my mom’s this week (we return to california in a few days!) and am cooking what’s both in season and easiest to find. our favorite this week? probably this braised cabbage dish (we used field roast’s apple sage sausage- yum!).
monday: moroccan pizza served with a spinach salad
tuesday: butternut squash and walnut pasta
wednesday: braised cabbage with apple sage sausage served with cornbread and kale chips
thursday: lemony basil cashew pesto served with warm butternut chickpea salad
friday: veggie burgers with sweet potato fries and a seasonal salad
