late summer is in full swing and fall seems to be creeping upon is in the early mornings. it’s one of my most favorite times of year, and i love pulling out my sweater for the chilly evenings. some favorite veggies are in season as well, bright tomatoes, bursting blueberries and bell peppers ripe for the pickin’.
monday: paella primavera served with a seasonal salad
tuesday: detox salad
wednesday: lemon pepper quinoa pasta with blackened tofu
thursday: chili lime glass noodles
friday: blueberry banana pie overnight oats (for breakfast!)
