well it’s hard for me to believe, but it’s been one year since i started the point and shoot series! i was going to do a ‘best of the year’ post, but since i sort of already did that, we’ll just continue as normal. happy birthday, point and shoot!

wow, it’s almost been a month since the last point and shoot! i have missed sharing the tidbits of my day to day life with you. a lot has happened over the last few weeks, mainly or cross country move back to north carolina! today will be the first (of many) point and shoots from our homeland, the great smoky mountains.

technically, this is my weekly point and shoot post, but i didn’t do much pointing and shooting this week. does that ever happen to you? sometimes i pull up my phone for photos and think i have too many to post, and other times (like today) i have almost none. i think it just goes to show how inspiration changes. i’ve been busy so i’m less inspired by my lens- i think it’s time to slow down a bit.

i did however manage to get this shot off our back porch. the blooms make me happy. :)
