what do you get when you combine a love for fabric and dough? hand-built pottery, of course! meli from north carolina first wanted to be a fashion designer, then moved on to opening a little bakery stand and finally joined the two passions with pottery, and voila- muddy heart pottery was born!

my dear friend katie daisy posted this video yesterday and i just couldn’t help but share it. i could try to justify it by sharing with you how much i love owls, or maybe it’s relevant because we are all roosting here, but really i just thought it was the cutest thing i ever did saw. enjoy!

aren’t these just the cutest? softly stuffed plush pillows from gingiber may technically be for a nursery, but i say they are suitable for anyone with a heart for woodland motifs and cozy snuggles!

lolley’s curiosite’s feeds the most beautiful part of my imagination.  i can see myself right along in the forest with all of these creatures. reading a book with an inch worm and frolicking about with a herd of reindeer, i would be completely satisfied to be in any of these scenes. i’ll be daydreaming all day!
